Instructions
Your Disc Repair Pro set comes with three different pairs of wheels:beige repair wheels, pink buffer wheels, and cleaning wheels.
Repair Procedure

1. Insert the pink buffer units, rotate the units in a counterclockwise motion until secure.


2. Insert the disc (label side facing up) and then close the top cover.

 


3. Press the REPAIR button to begin the buffering process, which lasts approximately 2 minutes. The machine will automatically stop when buffering has finished.

4.Continue this procedure by pressing the repair button for deep scratches. Very deep scratches may require up to 4 or more buffers.

5.
Press open. Remove the beige repair units, from the repair protective kit and replace the buffer units with repair units.

6.
Rotate the repair units in a counterclockwise motion until secure.


7. Place 3 drops of the repair protective solution on the repair head marked wet which will create an anti-static protective layer on your disc.


8. Insert the disc (label side facing up) and close the top cover.


9. Press the REPAIR button and again this takes approximately 2 minutes and automatically stops when complete.


10. Press open to remove disc.
Wipe disc with yellow cloth before playing.


11.For extreme deep scratches, use the grey side of the super buffer tool. Rub from centre to edge and continue steps 1-10 above.

Cleaning :
For Cleaning use the cleaning wheels:
   


1.
Open the cleaning kit and remove the cleaning head marked "WET".


2.
Remove the plastic cover then use the plastic end of the brush to remove the cleaning head and the spring.



3.
Add cleaning solution until the wheel is 80% full.

4.
Replace the spring and cleaning head.

5.
Screw both wheels in place (WET wheel on the right side)

6.
Add disc, close lid and press the CLEAN button. The cleaning process lasts for about 20 seconds.

Downloading the Media Player

if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer v3.0 or later, and do not have the Media Player installed on your system, it will be automatically retrieved and installed the first time you attempt to listen or view any of the our streaming media. The progress of this download will be indicated in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window. If you need to manually download the Media Player, it can be found here.
