Terms and Conditions
1. The supplier of Disc Repair Pro is Esprit Development cc , Cape Town, Republic of South Africa .
2. All products will be shipped within five days of receipt of order. In the unlikely event that stock runs out you will be contacted by phone/e-mail by a member of the On-line Store Team to inform you of the new proposed delivery date. However if this date is not acceptable you will still have the option to cancel your order.
3. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and shipping prices are quoted in US dollars, except when inside South Africa.
4. Shipments are made to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
5. The terms of the limited warranty on the product are set out in the product documentation. LRS will at its option repair or replace any product, which fails to comply with its written specifications during the relevant warranty period. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
